Joe Passaro, presently Director of Sports and Recreation for Warren Twp., Warren NJ. After a successful career on Wall St. as a trader for bulge bracket firms such as Lehman Bros. and Saloman Brothers, Joe moved on to a career in Wealth Management in Florida.

During his career in the Securities Industry Joe coached, mentored and volunteered in many capacities. Whether spearheading the Watchung Hills Pop Warner Sport Complex at the East County Reserve, coaching multiple sports or as Chairman of the Warren Recreation Commission.

After moving to Florida for a new career in Wealth management he continued coaching football at the HS level, in programs that did reach State and Regional finals yearly. On his return to Warren NJ to take on the fulltime position of Recreation Director for Warren Twp. Joe’s coaching career then took him Bernards HS where last they accomplished a State Regional Championship in Football. Joe also coached Basketball and Lacrosse at Bernards. Joe presently is the Head football coach at the Pingry School in his 5th year in that position.

Joe is a longtime resident of Warren Twp. and is married with 3 adult sons. He maintains a home in Florida and enjoys working for Warren Twp. and coaching HS sports.
